1 bunch scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Wash rice in a sieve under running water. Place in a pot with oil and two times the volume of lightly salted water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer about 20 minutes.

Cut the meat into thin slices. Peel mango and cut the flesh from the pit. Cut mango into thin slices. Rinse scallions, trim and cut into 5 cm (approximately 2-inch) pieces.

Rinse cabbage and cut into small pieces.

Heat wok and add a little oil. Add the prepared ingredients, one at a time, and stir-fry. Keep each ingredient warm. Season to taste with soy sauce. Serve with rice.
