- 12 slices Smoked salmon
- 12 sprigs Chives
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 400 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 bunch Arugula
Preparation steps
1.
For the filling: Mix the cream cheese, cream and lemon juice together, season with salt and pepper and then stir in 1 tablespoon chopped chives.

Spread over the salmon, shape into parcels and secure each with 1 chive.
3.
Arrange the salmon parcels over the arugula and season with salt and pepper.
