1 packet Vanilla sugar
1 pc Cinnamon stick
1 pc Orange peel
250 grams Raspberries
lemon juice
mint

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch apricots in boiling water, rinse with cold water, peel, halve and pit.

2.

In a shallow pan, combine 4 tablespoons of water, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and orange peel. Place apricot halves  into it and bring to a boil once. Remove pan from heat and let fruit rest for 10 minutes.

3.

Clean raspberries. Place apricot halves on plates, drizzle with syrup and garnish with raspberries and mint leaves. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
