- 500 grams ripe Apricot
- ½ honeydew melon
- 500 grams jam sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 generous pinch Ground clove

Preparation steps

Rinse the apricots, pat dry, remove the pits and cut in half. Remove the seeds from the melon half and cut into cubes. Puree the melon until smooth and combine with the apricots, jam sugar, cinnamon and ground cloves. Let stand for 1 hour.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and boil for 4 minutes, stirring often. Ladle into jars, seal, turn upside down and let cool. Store the jam in a cool, dark place.
