- 2 Apple (about 500 g)
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 5 leaflets mint
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the apple, coarsely cut, and pass through a juicer.
2.
Finely chop the parsley and mint leaves, and puree with some of the juice in a blender.
3.
Mix in the remaining juice and the oil. Blend until thoroughly combined.
4.
Pour into a glass and serve.
