3 slices Puff pastry dough (225 grams)
2 stalks Leeks
2 sour Apple
2 Tbsps lemon juice
3 eggs
250 grams Sour cream
100 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
salt
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg
2 tsps herbes de Provence
2 Tbsps Sunflower seed

Preparation steps

Thaw the puff pastry. Roll out the pastry and use to line the buttered pan.

Rinse and cut the leeks into rings. Peel the apples, remove the seeds, cut into wedges and mix with the lemon juice. Mix the eggs, sour cream, cheese and season with salt, pepper, herbs and nutmeg. Pour the apples and leeks over the dough and top with the egg cream. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Serve immediately.
