- 1 Banana
- 5 Tbsps sea buckthorn berry juice
- 4 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 13 ozs milk
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and quarter the apples. Remove the core and coarsely chop. Peel and slice the banana. Puree the banana, apples, sea buckthorn juice, yogurt, honey, and milk in the blender.
