- 1 kilogram tart Apple
- 1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
- 50 grams raisins
- 2 Cinnamon stick
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- Apple juice (100% fruit juice)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and halve the apples. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Soak the raisins in warm water, then drain well.

Weigh the apple and raisins together. Fill with enough apple juice to total 1 kg (approximately 35 ounces). Place in a large pot and mix with the lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, and jam sugar. Let marinate together for 2 hours.
3.
Bring to a boil, and cook for 4 minutes. Fill into prepared jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Turn right side up, and cool completely.
