1 large, Haas Avocado (pitted and diced)
cilantro (leaves picked)
½ Lime (juiced)

1 teaspoon red Chili powder (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Combine the almond milk, crushed ice, peanut butter, cucumber, avocado, a handful of coriander leaves, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender.
