Almond Biscuits with Honey
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours.
Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough out into about 20 roll shaped balls. Place on baking sheet and press flat. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Serve warm.
