- ½ tsp hot Mustard
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground White pepper (to taste)
- 1 ⅓ cups olive oil
- 4 sprigs parsley (washed and dried; 3 sprigs finely chopped)
- ½ Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Lime (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps

In a medium glass bowl, combine the crushed garlic, egg yolks, mustard, salt, and pepper; beat until light and creamy. Add the oil very slowly, beating continuously until thoroughly blended.

Check seasoning and fold chopped parsley and lime juice into aioli. Transfer to serving bowls; serve.
