1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
1 red pepper (seeded and very finely chopped)
1 Tbsp rosemary (finely chopped)
1 tsp smoked paprika

Product recommendation
A Quick Tomato Sauce Fry a chopped onion and some garlic in olive oil, then add 400 g / 14 oz can of chopped tomatoes and simmer until thickened. Season and serve with meatballs.

Preparation steps

Soak the bread in warm water then squeeze it out. Mix thoroughly with the meat.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and gently fry the onions, garlic, peppers and rosemary until soft then stir into the meat. Combine well with the paprika and season.
