- 1 Banana
- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 milliliters Orange juice
- 200 grams Acai berry puree
- 5 Tbsps honey
- For the garnish
- mint
- Caramel lattice
Preparation steps

Peel and slice banana. In a blender, puree banana with yogurt, orange juice, acai berry powder, and honey. Sweeten with additional honey, if desired. Pour mixture into a shallow metal pan and freeze at least 3 hours, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes to prevent large ice crystals from forming. To serve, scoop sorbet into small bowls.

Garnish with caramel lattice and mint.
