250 grams sugar
1 sprig mint
1 kilogram mixed Berry (such as blueberry, raspberry and strawberry)
1 lemon (juice)
4 centiliters Crème de cassis

Preparation steps

1.

Boil 250 ml (approximately 8.5 ounces) of water, reduce heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the mint. Let cool.

2.

Rinse the berries and drain well. Puree them in a blender and strain through a sieve, then stir in the lemon juice and liqueur. Pour the mint syrup through a sieve and add to the berry puree. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place in the freezer. Stir vigorously with a fork every hour for 3 hours until frozen.
