Preparation steps

1.

Cut butter into small pieces, quickly knead with flour, salt, cheese and vinegar to make a dough. Let rest for 30 minutes.

2.

Rinse zucchini and cut lengthwise into thin slices.

3.

Heat water in a large enough pot and blanch zucchini slices for a few minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Whisk egg, sour cream, cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Roll out dough on a floured work surface, place in a greased baking dish (or quiche or tart pan 26 cm in diameter) (approximately 10 inches). Prick dough several times with a fork and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange zucchini slices on the dough. Spread cream cheese mixture on top and smooth. Bake for 25-30 minutes more or until golden. Serve.
