- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 chili peppers (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 cups King prawn (entrails remove, peeled up to the tail)
- Sea salt
- 2 Limes (halved)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the garlic, chillies, ginger and oil and stir in the prawns. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.

Season with salt and grill for 3-4 minutes turning occasionally. Serve with lime halves.
