2 Tbsps Pine nuts
2 Oranges
honey (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk yogurt until creamy. Toast the pine nuts in a nonstick pan. Peel one orange and cut into chunks, reserving juice.

2.

Zest peel of remaining orange. Mix the orange chunks and the juice with  the yogurt. Garnish with pine nuts and orange zest, possibly sweetening with honey. Serve.
