Nutritional values

Yoghurt contains many lactic acid bacteria that ensure a balanced intestinal flora. In addition, the dessert contains plenty of protein that strengthens our muscles and makes them well satiated.

Try the dessert also with blueberries, strawberries or nectarines. This tastes wonderfully fruity and sweet. Instead of oat flakes, you can also use buckwheat or spelt flakes.
