300 milliliters Whipped cream
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the wild garlic and cut into thin strips. Melt the butter in a pot and add the wild garlic. Saute well.

2.

Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the cream and egg yolks. Stir constantly until the soup begins to bind.

3.

Do not boil or the egg yolk may coagulate. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve hot.
