0.333 cup black Mustard seed
1 onion (diced)
1 clove garlic cloves (diced)
1 tsp Coriander
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
cup Wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.
Place the mustard seeds in a bowl.

Place the onion, garlic, coriander seeds, bay leaf, cloves, vinegar, salt and honey in a pot with 125 ml water and bring to the boil.
3.
Sieve over the mustard seeds, cover and leave to steep for 2-3 days. The puree roughly and transfer to jars. Leave in a cool, dark place to steep for 1 week.
