Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Lightly grease a baking dish.
2.
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, until almost tender. Drain well.
3.
Put the potatoes, tomatoes, rocket and pine nuts in the baking dish. Place the fish on top and sprinkle with the salt.
4.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Place on serving plates and spoon over the baking juices.
