- 500 grams Watermelon (flesh, seeds removed)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 3 centiliters Melon liqueur
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- also
- 4 Tbsps toasted coarsely chopped Pistachio
- 4 tsps Sour cream

Preparation steps
1.
Place the melon flesh, lemon juice, sugar and melon liqueur in a blender and puree. Soften the gelatin in cold water and let soak for 10 minutes. Squeeze the gelatin and melt in a small saucepan over low heat.
2.
Mix the gelatin with the watermelon mixture. Pour the mixture into 4 bowls fill and refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours. Invert the melon mixture onto plates and serve garnished with pistachios and sour cream.
