- 0.333 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp minced shallots
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- Salad
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 small, fuji Apple (sliced thin)
- ½ cup crumbled Blue cheese
- ¼ cup chopped Walnut
Preparation steps

To prepare dressing, combine all the ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly; shake vigorously.

To prepare salad, combine lettuce and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add dressing; toss well.
