4 ozs butter
2 ½ ozs sugar
8 ½ ozs milk

Preparation steps

1.

Separate eggs. Combine flour with hazelnuts, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Beat butter and sugar until creamy and gradually add egg yolks. Add flour mixture and milk, alternating, to egg yolk mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.

Heat waffle iron, oil lightly and place 2-3 tablespoons of batter into it. Prepare all waffles, one at a time, until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
