- 2 kornspitz Rolls (whole-grain)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 3 Lettuce
- ¼ Cucumber
- peppers
- 4 Radish
- 1 handful soybean sprout
- 1 bunch unsprayed Daisy
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Split the rolls horizontally with a sharp knife and spread the bottom half with butter. Wash the lettuce, pat dry and tear into smaller pieces. Lay on the buttered halves of the rolls. Wash and slice the cucumber and lay neatly on the lettuce, overlapping the slices. Season lightly with pepper. Wash and slice the radishes and lay on top of the cucumber. Wash the bean sprouts, shake dry and lay on top of the radishes. Scatter with daisies. Spread the top halves of the rolls with mayonnaise, season lightly with salt, put on top of the filling and press lightly. Serve on plates.
