- 250 grams Broccoli
- 4 carrots
- 500 grams Kohlrabi
- 250 grams Celery root
- 400 milliliters Coconut cream
- 400 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps green Curry paste
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 3 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Palm sugar
- Thai basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the broccoli, drain and cut into florets. Peel the carrots, halve lengthwise and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into bite-sized pieced. Peel and dice the celery.

Boil the coconut cream and the broth. Stir in the curry paste. Season with lime juice, soy sauce and sugar. Add the kohlrabi and celery and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the carrots and broccoli and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
3.
Serve garnished with Thai basil.
