- 6 leaves Spring roll dough sheet (frozen)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 2 slices ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 carrot (finely slivered)
- 300 grams Green cabbage (cut into thin strips)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 egg white
- 1 kilogram Fat

Preparation steps

Thaw spring roll dough and divide each disk into four squares. Sauté all vegetables in very hot oil in a frying pan or wok, season, add tomato puree and pour in the broth. Simmer while stirring until the liquid is reduced. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on each dough square. Brush the edges with egg white and fold diagonally into triangles.

Fry wontons until crispy and golden brown. Serve while still hot with dipping sauce.
