- 800 grams potatoes
- 600 grams Broccoli
- 1 onion
- 350 grams Smoked pork chop (boneless)
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 500 grams Vegetable broth
- 2 tsps chopped marjoram
- 150 grams Crème fraiche
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Peel, rinse and cut potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Rinse, trim and cut broccoli into florets. Peel broccoli stalks and cut into slices. Peel onion and cut into small cubes.

Cut smoked pork into small cubes.

Add potatoes, broccoli slices, onion, broth and wine in a pot and cook for about 12 minutes. Then add broccoli florets and smoked pork and cook for 7 minutes. Stir in crème fraîche and marjoram. Season with salt and pepper and let heat through. Serve stew on plates and serve with country bread, as desired.
