- 100 grams Eggplant
- 100 grams Zucchini
- 100 grams Tomatoes
- 100 grams green paprika
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 ½ liters water
- 2 tsps grained Vegetable broth
- salt
- peppers
- 3 Tbsps chopped Fresh herbs (such as lovage, sage, basil)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and finely chop the eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and peppers. Pour the vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan. Peel and press the garlic into the pan.

Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour in the remaining water and vegetable broth. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
3.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
