- 400 grams whole-grain spaghetti
- salt
- 8 Artichoke hearts (canned)
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 1 handful Basil
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in salt water until al dente, rinse and drain.
2.
Drain the artichokes and cut into wedges. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Rinse, halve and cut the pepper into thin strips. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and cut into strips.
3.
For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, broth, and fennel seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Assemble all prepared salad ingredients on plates. Serve topped with the dressing.
