1 Cucumber
1 Avocado
200 grams Artichoke hearts (from a jar)
1 handful Alfalfa sprouts
4 roasted Nori seaweed
Wasabi paste
½ Lime (juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Cut the cucumber halves into 10 cm long pins. Peel the avocado, halve, remove the pit and cut into sticks. Drain the artichoke hearts and cut into columns. Rinse the sprouts and drain well.

Place the nori sheets (seaweed sheets) on a bamboo mat. Spread the wasabi on the sheets. Spread the vegetables and sprouts on the lower third of the nori sheets. Drizzle with the lime juice. Brush the edges with water. Roll the bamboo mat, encasing the vegetables in the nori roll. Halve each serving.

3.

Serve immediately.
