- For the dressing
- 1 cup coconut milk yogurt
- 2 Tbsps Chives (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp vegan cheese (grated)
- 1 Tbsp distilled vinegar
- For the wraps
- 1 butter lettuce (chopped)
- 2 red peppers (sliced)
- 1 Orange pepper (sliced)
- ½ cup kalamata Olives (pitted and halved)
- 4 whole wheat wraps
Preparation steps

For the dressing: Mix together the yoghurt, chives, cheese, vinegar, and seasoning in a mixing bowl. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

For the wraps: Toss together the lettuce, vegetables, olives, and dressing in a mixing bowl. Spoon onto the wraps and roll.
3.
Cut in half and serve.
