For the dressing
1 cup coconut milk yogurt
2 Tbsps Chives (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp vegan cheese (grated)
1 Tbsp distilled vinegar
For the wraps
1 butter lettuce (chopped)
2 red peppers (sliced)
1 Orange pepper (sliced)
½ cup kalamata Olives (pitted and halved)
4 whole wheat wraps

Preparation steps

For the dressing: Mix together the yoghurt, chives, cheese, vinegar, and seasoning in a mixing bowl. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

For the wraps: Toss together the lettuce, vegetables, olives, and dressing in a mixing bowl. Spoon onto the wraps and roll.
3.
Cut in half and serve.
