- 4 Tbsps
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 Tbsp Rum
- 18 size Strawberries (About 300 g)
- 2 packets fresh Phyllo dough (Cooling control)
- 2 tsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) and prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut pastry into 18 10x10cm (approximately 4x4 inches) squares and cool about 5-10 minutes..

Mix cream with sugar and powdered milk until stiff. Rinse strawberries. Set aside 6 pieces for decoration and cut rest into slices.
3.
Distribute sliced strawberries on 12 squares. Place on square the following topping--strawberries, then cream, more pastry, strawberries, cream, and a final pastry.
4.
Top with whole strawberry and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
