- 12 cups ripe Peaches (peeled and pitted)
- 3 ⅓ cups Blueberries
- 3 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup self-rising flour
- ⅓ cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ground cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 cup rolled oats

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5. Grease a large baking dish

Mix the peaches and blueberries with the plain flour and sugar. Place in the baking dish.
3.
Put the flour into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs, then stir in the brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and oats until crumbly.
4.
Sprinkle on the fruit and bake for 40-45 minutes until until golden brown.
