1.333 cups plain Sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped)
1 ⅔ cups cream (48% fat)
¼ cup xylitol
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cup white sugar-free chocolate (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat. Allow to cool.
2.
Whisk the cream with the xylitol and vanilla until thick but not stiff.
3.
Gradually fold in the chocolate until combined. Spoon into ramekins and chill for at least 4 hours until set.
4.
Melt the white chocolate as before and drizzle over the desserts in a lattice pattern. leave to set.
