- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 ⅔ cups turkey breasts (chopped)
- salt

- 8 Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 Red onion (sliced)
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 cups salad
- ⅔ cup Blue cheese (e. g. Gorgonzola, Roquefort)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Salad bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Large knife
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey on all sides until golden brown and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.

Add the bacon to the pan and fry until crisp.

Mix together the remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Stir in the lettuce, turkey, mushrooms and onions. Divide between serving plates and put the bacon on top. Crumble the cheese on top of the salad.
