- 16 rashers Bacon
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 bunch parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4.
2.
Season the turkey with pepper and wrap in the bacon.
3.
Heat the oil in a roasting tin and fry the meat on a high heat. Transfer to the oven for 1-1 1/4 hours. Remove from the oven, slices and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
