2 onions
150 grams Smoked bacon
1 tsp Tomato paste
250 milliliters Chicken broth

Preparation steps

Rinse the turkey cutlets, pat dry and flatten. Season with salt and pepper and roll up. Tie with kitchen twine. Heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the turkey on all sides. Peel and dice the onions. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Remove the turkey from the pan and fry the onions with the bacon until golden brown. Add the tomato paste, saute, then add the stock. Place the turkey into the sauce and simmer covered over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Remove the kitchen twine and serve the turkey with the sauce.
