- For the kofta
- 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup milk
- 12 ozs ground Turkey
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Put the breadcrumbs into a mixing bowl and stir in the milk until the crumbs have absorbed the liquid.
2.
Add the turkey, oregano and parsley, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 25-30 meatballs.
3.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs for 5-10 minutes, turning to brown all over, until cooked through.
4.
To serve: Put 2 meatballs on wooden skewers and place on a serving plate.
5.
For the yogurt dip: mix together the yogurt and mint and put into a small bowl. Garnish with mint leaves.
6.
Serve the dip with the meatballs and tortillas.
