2 cooked, boneless, skinless Chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
4 tomato wraps
4 Cheese (Edam, Havarti)
3 ripe Tomatoes (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Stir together the mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Add the chicken and toss until coated.
3.
Lay the wraps on a work surface, leaving a 2.5cm|1" border all around. Layer the cheese, tomatoes, salad leaves, then the coated chicken.
4.
Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly from the bottom. Wrap tightly in cling film until ready to serve.
