300 grams starchy potatoes

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
150 milliliters Chicken broth
250 grams Peas (frozen)

75 milliliters hot milk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel, rinse and cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes.

Peel the carrot and cut into small cubes. Peel the onions and finely chop. Saute the ground beef and onion in hot oil. Add the carrots and saute. Sprinkle with flour and pour in broth. Mix in the peas and season with salt and pepper.

Grain the potatoes and mash. Stir in the hot milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Butter a baking dish.

4.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) top / bottom heat. Spoon the ground turkey mixture into the baking dish, spread the mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake on the middle rack in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
