Turkey Breast in Creamy Sauce
Cut the turkey breasts into strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat clarified butter in a frying pan and fry the turkey breast strips in it in portions. Take out the fried turkey breast strips from the pan and keep warm.
Peel the onions and garlic, and saute in the same frying pan until translucent. Sprinkle with paprika and flour and fry briefly. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the cream and let it boil over high heat until the sauce thickens. Add the fried turkey breast strips into the sauce and serve sprinkled with parsley.
