Turkey Bolognaise Rolls
Heat the oil in a pan and add the turkey, breaking it up with a fork as it cooks.
Add the onions and pepper and cook until softened and the turkey is browned.
Mix together the Worcestershire sauce, sugar and tomatoes.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir well. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Split open the rolls and divide the turkey mixture between them. Sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
