- 4 ½ ozs stir-fry Noodles
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 2 red Bell pepper (sliced)
- 11 ozs Broccoli
- 1 Tbsp Coriander
- 2 ½ cups chicken stock
- 2 julienned Lime leaves
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 14 ozs cooked Turkey (cubed)
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Soak the noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain again.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the peppers and broccoli until almost tender and lightly browned. Add the coriander seeds and cook for 1 minute.
3.
Add the stock, shredded lime leaves and grated ginger to the peppers and broccoli and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and turkey and heat for 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Spoon into serving bowls and serve immediately.
