- 20 Corn salad
- 1 toasted Nori seaweed
- 400 grams fresh Salmon
- 100 grams Mayonnaise (from a squeeze bottle)
- Watercress (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce leaves and spin dry. Cut the nori sheet into 20 squares. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into 20 cubes.

Place one piece of nori on a lettuce leaf and top with a salmon cube. Squeeze a small dollop of mayonnaise on the salmon, or fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with the mayonnaise and pipe it on and garnish each with a few cress leaves. If possible, serve as soon as the nori starts to soften.
