300 grams Tuna (cut into about 1.5 cm thick slices)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sherry
½ tsp sugar
4 button Mushroom
2 scallions
Bell pepper (1/2 red and 1 green)
1 pc ginger (large walnut-sized)
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, sherry and sugar in a shallow bowl. Add the fish cubes, turn to coat, and marinate it for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Trim the mushrooms. Rinse, trim and cut the white and light green parts of the scallions into 3 pieces each. Trim the peppers, rinse, cut in half, remove the seeds, remove the white membranes and cut into diamond shapes. Peel the ginger and cut into very thin slices. Remove the tuna from the marinade and pat dry.

Thread the fish, peppers, ginger slices and scallions alternately onto skewers. Brush the tuna skewers lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill over medium heat for about 6 minutes, turning occasionally and serve.
