300 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs parsley
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp wild fennel seeds
100 milliliters dry white wine
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the tuna well and flake with a fork. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the parsley, drain well and coarsely chop the leaves. Peel the garlic, chop finely and sauté in a pan with oil until translucent.

Add tuna, tomatoes and fennel seeds. Pour in the wine and toss well. Drain the pasta, mix with the parsley and tuna mixture and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on warmed plates and serve.
