400 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp butter
400 grams Salmon
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente.

Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Heat the butter in a pan. Rinse the salmon under cold water, pat dry, cut into strips and fry in the butter over medium heat for about 4 minutes on both sides. Add the garlic and tomatoes cook for 2 minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

4.

Drain the pasta and mix with tomato and salmon. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Spread basil leaves over the pasta and serve.
