500 grams chunky Tomatoes (canned)

250 grams Tuna (canned, in its own juice)
500 grams Penne
butter (for greasing)
80 grams breadcrumbs
80 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400ºF).

Peel and finely chop the shallots and the garlic and sweat in some oil. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Drain the tuna and break apart with a fork.

Precook the pasta in salted water for about 5 minutes until al dente and then drain.

Grease 4 small ramekins (or 1 large) with butter.

Mix the pasta, the sauce and the tuna together and spoon into the ramekins. Season again with salt and pepper. Mix the bread crumbs with the Parmesan cheese and shower over the top.

Bake for about 20 minutes until the top had browned and become crispy.

Serve immediately.
