½ Mango
1 Banana
1 Pear
300 milliliters Buttermilk

Preparation steps

1.

Chill the pineapple juice for half an hour in the freezer. Peel the mango, and remove the stones. Peel the banana. Rinse and peel the pears, and remove the core.
