- ½ Mango
- 1 Banana
- 1 Pear
- 300 milliliters Buttermilk
- Lemon balm (for decoration)

Preparation steps
1.
Chill the pineapple juice for half an hour in the freezer. Peel the mango, and remove the stones. Peel the banana. Rinse and peel the pears, and remove the core.

Puree all he ingredients in a blender. Thin with water until the smoothie is the desired consistency.

Pour into glass, garnish with the pear slices and lemon balm, and serve.
